Redmond, WA - April 19th, 2005 - telSPACE, an innovative provider of multi-service billing, rating, and customer care software solutions for the communications services industry, today announced the expansion into international and national long distance. telSPACE has contracted with a large network aggregator for international and national long distance. The negotiated rates are very competitive and allow the company to offer very high margins to its clients and still maintain the lowest retail rates available in the marketplace.

Customers can now use their cell phone to call Mexico for 2.7 cents, Canada for 2.3 cents, France for 2.7 cents, UK for 2.6 cents, Puerto Rico for 2.9 cents and even China for 2.8 cents. Customers can also call within the US on a toll free number for 2.7 cents. As low as those rates are, telSPACE still pays its clients 30% of the revenue above and beyond the price; the telSPACE program still has no hidden fees or taxes unlike the majority of competitors in the long distance industry. Clients can also choose for certain carriers to integrate their Internal Long Distance Program into the customers peak minutes. For the first time in the industry, customers can use their available peak minutes to pay for International Long Distance calls.
