MVNO Telecom Billing Software

telSPACE has set out to become the nation's leading billing and rating intermediary for the communications industry. The telSPACE back office integration begins with a billing operating platform that allows any communications reseller, agent, or any company not currently offering communications services to instantly become a privately-branded, nationwide communications service provider of any or all services.

The telSPACE telecom billing systems platform has been eight years in development and has created a product unique in the industry in that it allows any company to private label communication services and become a VNO (Virtual Network Operator) in a matter of 2-4 weeks with minimal startup costs.

"There is incredible demand in the marketplace from consumers and channels of distribution for telSPACE's back office network and the telSPACE billing services. We offer our clients one ubiquitous back office that can integrate into any existing facility carrier. telSPACE's ability to aggregate the volume of multiple clients allows the company to significantly reduce its costs and provide a very cost efficient product to its clients." - Paris Holt, CEO of telSPACE.

telSPACE offers MVNO clients access to multiple services and technologies all connected to one central back office where customers are acquired, activated, billed and managed. The telSPACE back office integration strategy is based on automation and creating efficiencies in areas where technology has not yet caught up to it's fullest potential.

Industry experts acknowledge there is heightened interest in reselling communication services. According to RCR, a leading industry newspaper, in a recent article on resale, "Major carriers are embracing wholesale programs purely for business reasons." As quoted in the same article, an executive from a major cellular carrier said, "Attitudes toward reselling have changed because competition has become more intense. Carriers are looking at other distribution channels and acknowledging that certain segments will drive the overall market."

According to the Strategis Group, the market for local services will be a staggering $500 billion by 2004. "We project CLECs (competitive local exchange carriers) will triple their market share by 2004 to about 20% of the business market and 6% of the residential market," said Keith Kennebeck, Strategis senior analyst. "We believe the key to capitalizing on these revenues will be based on competitors' ability to harness technological innovation and act as integrated communications providers, bundling multiple services and anticipating the rapidly evolving needs of both residential and business customers."

"There is growing demand for technology integration between carriers, MVNOs, and the end customer, and we have developed a completely rules-based operating platform where we can efficiently deliver, in literally a matter of weeks, a turnkey solution including access to facility carriers, customer service, fulfillment, payment processing and even a fully-loaded POS activation platform." - Ryan Reed, telSPACE's CTO.

telSPACE, an industry leader in telecom billing systems, enables its clients to succeed in the marketplace with the use of its world class back office infrastructure to sell, provision, fulfill and care for multiple telecom services.  Those services include pre and post paid cellular, Internet, and long distance, all of which use one ubiquitous private label operating platform. In development since 1998, the company has used client input to refine its product and create a platform that provides core functionality that rivals any in its class.
